Welcome to my yet another interesting topic to learn and that is Cover Letter writing.
I have seen many job applicants find it so boring to write this extra piece of job application but then they don’t understand what they missing.

So
How to write a cover letter?
Before writing anything we have to keep two important things in mind we must not go beyond 1 page/ 3 paragraphs, otherwise, it will lose its purpose as HR or Hiring Manager has hardly a few seconds to go through it. And secondly, we are not going to copy-paste it from any other sources.

The next most vital thing to consider here is, that you have to do homework about what’s the job role you are applying for. What’s the company culture, vision, mission, products etc?

After all this now you are ready to start writing a cover letter.
So here we go with

Para. no. 1 – Who you are? Write the Name, Education, and Name of the position you apply for.

Para No. 2 – How you are the best suitable candidate concerning technical, soft skills and Cultural Fitment as well? Use your homework here.

Para No. 3 – If you get selected how you can add value to that job profile and ultimately to the company? End your letter with some positive notes.

This is a crisp and to-the-point cover letter, that HR will love to read.
