Hi Everyone,

Welcome back to my next interesting blog ! Before we go ahead with topic let me thank you all for such a wonderful response I am getting through your messages. Thank You So Much 🙂  Lets move ahead to our new topic of this blog which is – Most Important “Don’ts” for F2F Interviews.

After witnessing hundreds of interviews in last few years I want to share something today about few “Don’ts” during F2F interview.  There are many more Dos and Don’ts but in this post I gonna point out only three as those are most underrated.

✅ Speak But Don’t Upspeak
Sometimes, during interviews, your answers don’t seem like you are answering.. It sounds more like you are questioning. It shows that you are not confident about your own knowledge and you are seeking for approval from interviewer.

✅ Close Ended Answers
I understand that,  It’s not that easy to be yourself everytime while answering  questions thrown to you. But being a candidate you have to make sure that your answers are keeping the discussions flowing. Your one word answers can create awkward silence. Being a candidate you should talk more than interviewer.

✅ “No Questions” While actually you have many.
Almost all interviewers give some time to candidate to ask if they have any questions or queries. Most of the time candidates just say “No, they don’t have any questions” and you know what? It actually turns off the interviewer. It simply shows that either you know too much that nothing left to be answered or you are simply not bothered to think much about that opportunity. Be prepared with some, relevant ,genuine questions.

✅ Your interview is a golden opportunity to speak up because this is the time when managers, HR or sometimes higher management is talking to you one to one and their only focus is “You” so make best use of this opportunity.

Please hit like if you really like this piece of advice. Feel free to comment if you have any query.
