We are hiring for Finance Manager FP&A for a Biotech MNC
Reports to Sr. Finance Manager (US)
Location- Pune
Education & Experience – CA with min 5 yrs experience or CMA with min 7 yrs experience.
Job Responsibilities –
1. Join the growing team as a Finance Manager supporting the business unit as their primary
Business Partner on Commercial Opportunities and for Production in India
2. To establish and implement processes cross-functionality. The role includes both management and individual contribution.
3. Coaching the analyst supporting production sites in addition to direct responsibility for the
Commercial business.
4. Provide Business Partnering, analytical guidance, and financial planning coordination in support of the Commercialization Team and Support Groups.
5. Act as the primary financial advisor to the Commercialization Manager to support
regional labs & technology implementations
6. Responsible for financial oversight of Support functions and related financial
allocations to production and customers
7. Serve as a liaison between the business and accounting, shared services, and IT to ensure
accurate and timely reporting of transactions
8. Serve as Financial Lead on Business Development Opportunities
9. Review of contracts for accuracy on invoicing and impact on revenue recognition
10. Establish a process to track/manage expenses, review and present monthly/quarterly management reporting and variance analysis
Salary Range – Up to 20 LPA.
